2014 Westgate Resorts Preferred Travel Agents Program

Westgate Resorts would like to introduce our brand new “Preferred Agents” Points Program. Being a leader in the Condo Resorts, Westgate Resorts would like to invite all Travel Agents to partake in the benefits by working with our Resort Collection. We will be providing a comprehensive Rewards program offering our VIP Agents the best that Westgate has to offer. This includes free amenities, upgrades, early/late check in, free meals, and ultimately, FREE NIGHTS!

So what makes Westgate different? Our properties aren’t your normal hotels and offer a wide variety of different villa room types starting from Studios, One Bedroom Villas, Two Bedroom Villas, Three Bedroom Villas (up to 1,900 square feet in space) and Four Bedroom Villas (up to 3,600 square feet). Our rooms have the major conveniences of being at home. Our 1 Bedroom and larger Units have Full Kitchens with Stoves, Microwaves, and Dishwashers. Plus, a washer and dryer are available in each unit.

Reward Points

Westgate Preferred Agents also will earn points for each reservation that is made. Points are earned based upon the assigned value on each dollar spent. Westgate assigns a value based upon seasonality and room type as depicted on the attached chart. The bigger the room type will result in additional points per dollar spent. In addition, the point total per dollar spent increases during softer time periods (defined as value and standard).

Room Night Redemptions

Westgate Preferred Agents can redeem their points to take advantage of our resosts for either themselves or to treat their clients to the very best. Once points are accrued, Agents can start redeeming the rewards immediately through their Senior National Sales Manager.

BRONZE - 5,000 Accumulated Points

Can redeem room nights during Value & Standard time periods.

SILVER - 10,000 Accumulated Points

Can redeem room night during Value & Standard time periods, but eligible for free upgrades.

GOLD - 25,000 Accumulated Points

Can redeem room nights during all time periods except after 12/15/13.

PLATINUM - 50,000 Accumulated Points

Can redeem room nights during any time period.

CEO SELECT - 100,000 Accumulated Points

Can redeem room nights during any time period.

Eligibility Requirements


  • Open to all active Travel Agents.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • In order to receive points, all bookings must be added to the tracking form and submitted within 120 days of when the booking is made through any of the Westgate Travel Sites, Global Distribution Systems, or any other online distribution system.
  • Bookings not submitted after 120 days of booking made will not count toward Agency/Agent Point Total.
  • Any bookings that are cancelled or refunded will not be eligible to earn points.
  • Points for each respective booking will expire after one year of submission.
  • By way of example, if bookings were submitted to Westgate Resorts on 3/15/12, the points would last until 3/14/13 for status and redemption purposes.
  • Agents must ensure to note IATA Number on request as well as company email.
  • Redemption of Reward Travel- all bookings must be submitted via info@westgatetravelagents.com no less than 7 days prior to travel.
  • Travel is subject to availability and excludes 2 weeks before and after all public holidays and special dates. Black-out dates apply.
  • Please allow maximum 3 days for confirmation of travel request. Some time periods are more difficult to book than others.
  • This Points Program is only applicable to Travel Agent and their family/friends within their party.
  • A maximum of 5 trips can be redeemed by an agent in any one year.
  • Agents are responsible for their own airfare, transportation, and incidental charges incurred at the property.
  • No extensions will be granted on expired bookings.
